How will my T-shirt designs printed?

We offer various types of printing.

1. Direct-to-Garment Printing (Tees and Sweatshirts)

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a digital process using high quality inkjet printers that print directly onto the garment, the set up time is minimal, making it ideal for sampling, print on demand and small print runs.  We might also suggest DTG for larger print runs if the design has lots of colours, has highly detailed or shaded areas or is to be printed onto a textured fabric or over a pocket or seam.

2. Vinyl Heat Transfer (Tees and Sweatshirts)

The vinyl heat-transfer process uses a machine to cut out individual letters and designs from pieces of colored vinyl. The full image is then pieced together on the blank item and pressed with heat to transfer the image to the item. This method is best suited for printing sportswear jerseys, slogans, or small, multi-colored graphics.

3. Sublimation Printing ( Tees, Mugs, Mousepads and more )

Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric/coated substrate together as one.

First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric/coated substrate and permanently print onto the surface. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.

How is the item price determined?

Your all-inclusive price is determined by three things: the product you choose, the artwork's print size, and the total quantity of items in your order. Our Online Designer Tool will automatically give you the actual price as you make adjustments. For bulk orders you may always use our Request a Quote Tab foud on our hope page.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

No, Artbroz is proud to offer No Minimum Order Requirement—which means you can order as few as one shirt if you’d like! Want to know a shirt’s minimum quantity requirements?

How do I place an order?

You can place your print order online.  Choose the garment style that you would like.  You can choose your garment color(s), specify the size breakdown that you would like, choose a method of garment decoration and upload your artwork.  Position your artwork as you would like, confirm all the details and make payment.  This works well for the majority of orders but not everything falls into this category.  Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like us to send over a quote or invoice for you.

Can I supply my own garments?

No, we no longer print onto own-garment supplied as it's difficult to ensure high print quality on garments that we aren't used to working with, as different fabrics can be more or less absorbent and/or have a rougher or smoother print surface.  Usually we order spares in, in case of misprints, and it's difficult to allow for misprints if the garments have been supplied by a customer.  Even with garments that we are used to, we like to order them ourselves in order to have full control over timings and to reduce time picking and packing.
