We offer various types of printing.
1. Direct-to-Garment Printing (Tees and Sweatshirts)
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a digital process using high quality inkjet printers that print directly onto the garment, the set up time is minimal, making it ideal for sampling, print on demand and small print runs. We might also suggest DTG for larger print runs if the design has lots of colours, has highly detailed or shaded areas or is to be printed onto a textured fabric or over a pocket or seam.
2. Vinyl Heat Transfer (Tees and Sweatshirts)
The vinyl heat-transfer process uses a machine to cut out individual letters and designs from pieces of colored vinyl. The full image is then pieced together on the blank item and pressed with heat to transfer the image to the item. This method is best suited for printing sportswear jerseys, slogans, or small, multi-colored graphics.
3. Sublimation Printing ( Tees, Mugs, Mousepads and more )
Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric/coated substrate together as one.
First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric/coated substrate and permanently print onto the surface. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.
